Biden then isn't seen for days and drops out of the race via an "X" post and his brother indicates that health was a factor. Did he really have covid or did something more serious happen?

Bidens ACTUAL border policy much the same as trumps minus the separation of children from their parents. If you FACT CHECK

The caravan now consists of nearly five thousand people, about a third of whom are under the age of eighteen. An estimated three hundred of them are younger than five. Because of the punishing physical toll of the trip, the group has tried, with mixed success, to arrange van and truck transportation the rest of the way. Hundreds of them have either turned back or have been deported by Mexican authorities, while some twenty-six hundred others, according to the Mexican government, have received temporary legal status to remain in Mexico.

The relative success of the group, coupled with the continued desperation of residents in El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala, has prompted a string of smaller caravans, consisting of several hundred people each, to travel in its wake.

The frequency of migrant caravans has gradually increased over time, swelling in recent years. Thirty migrant caravans were detected from 2017 through December 2022. Of these 30 caravans, one started in 2017, one in 2018, three formed in 2019, three in 2020, eight in 2021, and 14 formed in 2022.
