Joe had a bunch of classified docs in his garage and a a university that he said he worked at but never did, right. Or am I thinking of someone else?

Difference being:
1. Trump LIED for months that he had returned all the docs till raided and found boxes full !
2. Biden immediately allowed return of all deemed classified .

So Trumps case was dismissed and Joe is too old and can't remember stuff so Trump is guilty? Doesn't make much sense
