Biden nominees to the court are soooo brilliant and competent.

His latest was Nancy Maldonado who he nominated to the 7th US Circuit Court of Appeals and who Democrats in the Senate voted to confirm. In a brief that she signed she stated that she wants to ban "assault weapons," but under direct questioning from Senator John Kennedy she admitted that she doesn't know what one is.

Maldonado is touted as "the first Hispanic judge to serve on the 7th." Does wanderin' Joe even know that he nominated her? In his condition, it's hard to tell. If he DID, does he know WHY?
