If you have satelite TV, then you can also get Satelite Internet access. I am not sure the costs and who provides it, but it is available. Directv and Dish used to have it, but I think they may sublet now to local dsl providers.

You may also want to check with verizon or the local phone company. Many of them are providing wireless broadband covering fairly large areas, cities. You will need to subscribe, but might be worth it.

Lastly, if you have a phone line running to the camper, just slap a laptop on it, and go modem. Some dialup services are only $9 or less a month.
