Lets take it from the top shall we? ALL of your reasons for Trump to have the documents are opinions. You do not know for certain that any of them are actually true. They are just hypothetical reasons that you thik might be the reason he had any documents. You forget that he (Trump) did not pack any of the boxes himself. White House staff packed everything. The Archives people that brought this sham of a raid on his house had several opportunities to look through the files at his house. They did so more than once and took possession of boxes of anything that they thought was this Nations property. (The last time was a month before the raid). Trump and his people had been cooperating with them right along. They even stored any boxes that the Archives people left behind in a secure room and then installed a second lock on the door for even more security.

Right now no one knows what they actualoly took, since none of the documents has been publicly shown. You can say that they are nuke secrets, and you may be right. or, you can say they may be Aunt Millies secret chilly recipe and again, you may be right. My point it accusing him (Trump) of anything at this point it just conjecture, inflamed by the left wing controlled media, to make people distrust and think Trump is lying. But no one really knows. (And it's my personal opinion that if there was really anything super secret (like Nuke information) it would have been "leaked" to the press long ago.

Again, I say, this is nothing but a designed plan to make Trump and the GOP look bad right before the midterm elections so that the Democraps can remao9in in power.

Believe what you want, but you do everyone, including yourself, a disservice by stating opinions as facts when if fact, you simply do not know for sure and have no proof of your opinions.

So why won't Trumps lawyers actually SAY or CLAIM in court Trump declassified the files he illegally took from our Government ?

The reason is crystal clear:
Because they known it's not true, because they can't prove he did, and they don't want to be caught lying to the judge..

The lying, cheating con man traitor trump first claimed they returned ALL documents, then claimed he declassified the documents and can do so " just by thinking about it ."

Trump by his own sneaky, lying actions qualifies him as a terrorist against America.
