When trump was running for office - he promised to ensure the security of our classified information.

Now he was caught with boxes of our TOP SECRET information haphazardly strewn around his house —- some files reportedly empty— the data missing .

Multiple boxes :TOP SECRET information pertaining to our national security.

The lying, cheating con man traitor trump claimed for months all files had been returned .

Actually, he was partially correct. What he said was Quote: "“If you’re the president of the United States, you can declassify just by saying, ‘It’s declassified,’ even by thinking about it.” unquote. Now, I'm not a legal expert, and the part about just thinking about it is kinda sketchy, but it has nothing to do with reality. He's 100% correct that the president, any president, can declassify anything simply by saying that it's declassified. Unlike lower echelon people, they do not have to fill out forms each time they declassify something. A simple verbal command is all it takes. They (a president) are the ultimate authority about what is or isn't classified.

Several people have already testified that when he was president he issued a standing verbal order that anything that was removed from the WH by him, or his staff to give to him, was automatically declassified. That being the case, anything in those boxes (which were packed by WH staffers) were automatically declassified as soon as they left the WH.

This is nothing more than another witch hunt, timed to coincide with the midterm elections to make Trump and the GOP look bad. Just another Democrap trick. We've seen and heard it all before. "Move along folks, nothing to see here".......

Special Master Judge Raymond J Dearie

Dearie was one of two candidates proposed by Donald Trump as a special master to review documents seized in the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago.
Our Department of Justice then announced that it would accept him.
Dearie has a lifetime of Federal Judicial experience and is widely respected.

Trump has argued:
That the reported 11,000 documents taken from Mar-a-Lago by the FBI pursuant to a search warrant were rightfully in his possession - that he declassified - including about 100 classified as TOP SECRET containing some of our nations most closely guarded intelligence.
So Trumps therefore saying it fine for nearly anyone to have access to our top secret information ! Trumps a lying, traitor.

Reason: seems Trumps lawyers dont want to commit perjury .
