The “law” doesn’t “say” anything. It’s something judges or juries “apply” in decisions.

If you had any actual experience with the court system, you would know that judges and juries often err. Sometimes, it’s due to incompetence, prejudice or outright dishonesty of the judge, sometimes due to buying the lies of a clever lawyer - I’m this case, it seems likely that the judge is prejudiced. In any case, you claim certainty, heavily imputing guilt to Trump, when you are probably 100% ignorant of the facts of the case.

I have never claimed that all legal challenges to Trump are biased or unfair, I’m pointing out that you are quick to believe they are all fair and pronounce his guilt, at least by insinuation. I think most of them probably are biased and unfair, having observer the unceasing attacks on him, which you hypocritically deny, primarily by ignoring all proven supporting facts.

You may not be 100% ignorant of court function, but you’ve shown no evidence of understanding of it.

To answer your questions:

1) Yes, I think that most of the legal challenges that Trump faces are biased and unfair. I think they are just part of the never ending quest by the Democrats to prevent Trump, by whatever means possible, from running again in 2024.

2) No one is forcing ANY woman to birth babies that were conceived from rape or incest. Some states permit abortions in that case, some don't. But most blue states, including the one we live in are available. In fact, Murphy was on TV this morning stating that he's made it possible for women, even from out of state, to have free abortions in NJ, paid for by the taxpayers. So we now live in a state where murder is not only condoned, it's paid for.

Not yet destroyer - but as you know overturning Roe WILL ALLOW states these disgusting regulations. 26 states will make abortion illegal - 17 will make it illegal in rape and incest.
