And the Appellate Judge denied Trumps appeal, so the witch hunt goes on. I hope that Trumps suit against the judge is successful and he takes her for all she has. As for my checking, I was correct. Trump DID file an appeal to a higher court exactly as I claimed. I was not aware that it had been rejected.

That’s WHY he was held in contempt of court and that’s WHY higher court rejected his appeal.

They said they do not believe him when he said he does not have the documents. So this is really about who you believe, or perhaps a way to make Trump look bad by asking for something they already know that he doesn't have.

Perhaps you believe in magic. I believe it's impossible to produce something that you do not possess. I wonder what those requested missing documents contain.

Yep. one of them being that Trump has to pay $110,000 in accumulated fines. Personally it smacks of legal extorsion by the court to me, but that's just my opinion. Time will tell as this witch hunt plays out.
