I’ve never heard him mark those kinds of comments, but I don’t listen to a lot of what other people say - I have real work to do.

Of course he’s appealing it - he has the intelligence to fight back, within the legal system, against the constant attacks. I suppose you’d just lay down if a bunch of partisan hacks were constantly attacking you - well would you?

You might be if you were under continuous attack by partisan, witch hunting hacks. He's appealing it - the thing you do "within" the legal system if you don't agree with a court decision.
