Interesting. Because one of the first things that mumblin' stumblin' bumblin' lyin' Joe Biden did when he took office was to protect the rights of transgender athletes to participate as their identified gender in high school and college sports. Since then he has doubled down on this stance, most recently in his SOTU address.

Record I’ve read indicated she ruled on line with the other judges in same capacity.
Example : 70 month prison term vs 100 requested .

Fact check

ONLY when required by law to hand out minimum sentences was she in line with other judges. Whenever she had discretion she handed out sentences that were, on average, 50% lower than other judges for the same crime.
