Discussions in place to actually STRENGTHEN the current Constitutional Law that the Vice President does not have the power over election certification.

This is worthwhile so lying , cheating con traitors such as trump cannot have a VP stop due process alone.

Like a sign that reads “ NO CROSSING” destroyer…….sneaks like you and trump now require us to add wording to the sign that reads “ NO CROSSING EVER BY ANYONE”

Like I said, there is a difference, even among legal scholars, as to did or did not Pence have the power to not certify the election. As to discussions already in place that's fine. That's what our congressional representatives are supposed to do. But that's what the future MAY hold, not what is NOW.

See, that's your problem. You always jump to conclusions. You think that the discussions will absolutely go your way, whereas they may not or (given Congress' history), they may just be left as is. It's impossible to tell at this point.
