Im going to fab up a flush system for my brakes. Some tubing, couple fittings and a T. Ill drill a hole in the backing plate and put the T in there so I can hook up a garden hose to it and wash out the brakes before they rust up .

You guys don't seem to do enough or am I doing to much?
I go over every screw on the hull and make sure that they are tight
Go thru the 1 st aid kit , I mentioned that before
Going to run a new fuel line from my tank to my motor
Than go thru the yearly engine pm
Remove prop and grease shaft
Check thermostats,plugs grease fittings, steering
I always do this when I go to start her up in the spring
Plus I have more to do
Is it me or do I do to much?

No it isn't YOU. When I had my Proline I/O I went nuts figuring out what needed to be done for the season coming up, checking screws, filters, lights and especially the two first aid kits, that I needed. They told me I was nuts, join the club.

The trailer I pump up the bearings with bearing buddies Check the rollers and this year I am going to jack up the trailer and make sure there is no movement in the wheels Side to side,,up and down ,
I do this every year I try to keep her in the best condition I can She has some years on her but I love the Steplift It's a great boat.

That's why I need two first aid kids. Two weeks before that, I had to go to the hospital to get a lure out. I tried, but it was a treble hook and I needed help. The Steplift is a good boat, my friend have one. GOD LUCK with your list.

Here's what I did with my V today

75* & light and variable winds, just had to go

as far as how much or little you do, depends on your situation. U guys have a much more compressed season. Down here it's pretty much year-round, so I work on the boat year-round. I do put off big stuff like painting the deck or re-finishing teak till the cooler months.

while you are redoing your first aid kit, make sure you have fresh super glue

Phat, nice setup on your boat!!! I take my gorilla glue all the time, what a cut savior!!! In the 60's I used it all the time, but it was called Krazy Glue and IBM had one that was the best ever.

Man, that's beautiful. Flat calm, clear water and a gorgeous V-20.
