There are still a wide number of variables to be determined in this case. All this does is allow the lawsuit to proceed without being totally thrown out of court.

That’s right - Dominions law suit is not being thrown out because it’s not a frivolous suit such as trumps lawyers that went to our courts with zero evidence of fraud. Those suits were thrown out and our Supreme Court - even with three judges appointed by trump ignored it
