Fauci followed the SCIENCE of COVID and as the data came in he changed the messaging accordingly. The news did the same.

Well, while I dispute your figures, offhand I'd say the reason is that they are dying to protect their freedom. You know, that thing that the Democrats are trying to take away from us little by little. I'd call them patriots. Dying for what they believe in, namely the RIGHT to self choice.

You know, it's funny. In another thread, you argue that women have the right to self choice when it comes to abortions, but here, when it comes to getting the Covid jab you argue for exactly the opposite. Talk about being a hypocrite.

First, I have never said I was against the vaccines. So why would you think that I wouldn't follow the scientific guidelines?

Why do you keep bringing President Trump into every discussion? He had nothing to do with my getting the shots, other than fast tracking getting the vaccines to market by May 2021 as he promised and probably saving millions and millions of lives worldwide because of it. He should get a Nobel prize just for that.

As for my getting the shots, I answered your question long ago, but I'll answer it again because I guess you just didn't understand my answer.

I got my vaccine shots because I believe in being careful. I'm in some of the "at risk" categories so I weighed the choices and decided that getting the shots was less risky than not getting the shots. The thing you seem to miss is that I made that choice myself. I made that decision, not some bureaucrat in Washington.

I wear N95 masks for the same reason (not KN95, real N95 masks. I used to do a lot of woodworking and had bought a carton of them years before Covid hit) But I digress.... I do what I think is right for me, not because I'm told to do it by some politician. That's called FREEDOM, the thing you seem so eager to give up and the thing that you are trying to mock people that have died for it.

Do you understand now or do I need to elaborate more?
