So you're saying that Criminal Trespass is a reason to be killed? Yes, she was at the front. What the heck does that have to do with anything? There was a wall, there was a door in that wall that was closed, there was a broken window that she was trying to look through. That's reason to murder her?

As for being violent, do I need to point out to you again the difference in the degree of violence between what happened on Jan 6 and what happened throughout the entire summer? There was no burning at the capital. There was no looting at the capital. There was no beating and stomping and rock throwing at the capital. There was no shooting and killing of cops at the capital. ALL of those things happened during the summer riots, but you seem to think they were insignificant compared to the Capital demonstration where NONE of those things happened. How exactly does that play out in your mind?
