It;'s a shame you don't understand the English language. If you did then you would know that telling you to do something is int an insult. You have the choice of either doing it or ignoring it. Calling people names, mocking them on the other hand.is insulting.l Here, I'll give you some examples.:

1) Greenie, shut the F up! .... (Not an insult)

2) Greenie, You're a blithering, stupid, ill mannered, a$$hole. ... (Insult)

See the difference? One is just telling you what to do, the other is hanging a label on you. (it's personal)
