Either way it smacks of the same kind of assassination attempt as was used against Justice Kavanaugh, although I did find the DNA on the dress eerlie similar to the Monica/Bill episode. In all cases we'll see what the courts decide. Until then I would caution everyone to remember that a person is innocent until proven guilty.
