Did some digging and that is a Skipjack 24, but built by Wellcraft under license from the builder of Skipjack. Skipjack is a well known west coast builder of trailerable pocket sportfish flybridge boats.

I ve only seen one in person, cabin is pretty small, despite what the pictures show. Also I imagine riding that far forward and high, its pretty bouncy. Still thought it was an interesting cousin to the v-20.
