Should be a couple of inspection plates over the fuel tank that allow you to see the connection at the tank.

UPDATE:::::

Water leak resolved. Changed some thru hulls added some sealant on others. Bought a new bilge pump and changed the old bilge pump.

As for the fuel vent hose.. yeah I found the vent up near the fuel area. Got out on the water. Caught some rock fish some calico bass and some sheep head. Great day out there today. Thanks everyone!!
