Taking on some water???

Thanks for the advice everyone. I got some thru hulls changed out with new hoses. I looked at the fuel lines they look Good. But the fuel vent line...... that bad boy doesn’t appear to be attached to anything. Shouldn’t the fuel vent line starch to a vent somewhere?? I gave it a very soft tug and it just appears to go to the bottom of the boat
