I think a 115 would work well with a v20 - we get almost 30 kts from a 90. Both are underpowered for hull certification though. 115 would scream and ride the foil on a 16 footer - it would be an epic ride.

I have a 120 Force on it right now, but looking to put a 4 stroke on it if the price is right.
