Default Parts suppliers

Hey as I start cutting up the stringers and transom I need some help finding a few things.

The number one thing is a composite sheet like coosa board. I would really like to find a supplier that has 20lbs -28lbs PVC sheets 1 inch x 4ftx8ft

I’ve been looking a a few places but out here it’s CRAZY $$$. To get coosa in the above dementions is 400 a sheet!!!! Ideally I would like to go composite core boards, but I can’t do it at that cost.

Anyone have any suppliers you have used in the past?

We used 5/8" Coosa on the cockpit hatches of our Bertram. The only place around me that carried it was Hamilton Marine in Portland ME. The price was crazy then and it's gone up in price if my memory serves me correctly.

I would consider a quality plywood and epoxy- seal the crap out of it.
I was disappointed in the fact the Coosa wouldn't hold a screw over time.

pvc board should be available thru yourlocal lumber yards. Our local commercial plastic supplier also handles clegecell, penske and coosa. Jamestown distributors sells that kind of stuff but shipping is going to kill the deal
