Stringers bellow deck

Pipe dream thanks for the web site,the reason I'm asking is it looks like my boat is listing to starboard after I hit a whale last week the tank is secure and the surveyer said she might be holding water on starboard side ,so I wanted to see if that's possible I have to remove the rod boxes and visually take a look even though I don't think that to be the case, I remember seeing the stringers on someone else's boat on this site after they remove the deck and just wanted to look for myself, thanks for the site I do see where it could pool up
