I just acquired a 1978 16'.5" Airslot Fisherman/Walkaround about a month ago and am LOVING it. 1996 120HP Force engine on it. Fast, stable and easy to launch and retrieve by just myself. Bought it primarily for lakes, bays and rivers usage. I still love my V20 and V21, but this little Airslot is quickly gaining a place in my heart. If you want to see pics of her go to this link: http://www.wellcraftv20.com/communit...ad.php?t=22231
Cheers.

If God didn't have a purpose for us we wouldn't be here, so
Live simply, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly.
(Leave the rest to God)

Silence, in the face of evil, is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak, not to act is to act. God will not hold us guiltless.

Old post from last year...sorry...great looking little Airslot...my 1st baot (at 17) was a little MFG 13 ft with a Evinrude 18...my buddy and decided that since we could "see" Connecticut for Oyster Bay, we should sail on over there...we loaded up lunch and a second 3.5 gal tank and headed into the sound.....about a mile out (maybe)...it looked a lot farther away than from the beach...

still looking for a Wellcraft center console or walkaround...nice thing about Arizona boats,,,they are mostly DRY!
