I threw 2 of those out a few years back. Mercruiser used the standard 2 barrel carb intake, then had a special adapter cast to bolt the 3 bolt tbi unit onto the 4 bolt 2 barrel carb intake flange.

I have a blown FWC 5.7 Vortec carbed with intake manifold and just about everything else that was on it

Thank You for your reply.. I have one of the adaptor plates from 4 barrel to TBI. I also have need for a Intake for the newer engines GM-V8 with vortec heads that used the injector made into the intake runner 1 injector for each cly. Muti-port injection. Thanks leave me know if you have one of these .

Which style multi port? There was 2 different ones used by mercruiser. There was the early multi port which was a edelbrock performance intake that had injector bungs cadt in, and then the later style that looked like the one used in a 96-00 pickup with a 5.7l engine. And of the later style, there is 2 variants of it, the early upper had a 3 bolt throttle body, and the later upper has a 4 bolt throttle body.
