The runners are notched on the inside edge to allow the outside lip of the hatch to slide. The ones I've messed with were attached with stainless screws/bolts.

It's a lot easier if your boat doesn't have the faux lambswool headliner in the cuddy.

Where are you at? I might have some out in the shed.

im in upstate, ny and yea no liner in the cuddy, just bare fiberglass right now. i had a feeling it would have to be notched somehow. if you have a couple you'd part with id gladly buy them/pay for shipping, i see our in Georgia so not exactly around the corner.

If Bradford doesn't have any, I think I kept mine. I'm in Oregon, so shipping might be too much but I could at least get you good pictures of them off the boat and accurate measurements. For an anchor system we use here in the Columbia River, I took the runners off and rigged the hatches so I can take them off and stow them in the cuddly. You're welcome to mine if nothing else works out - just pay shipping.

Found them in the shed, they are 5 ft long, could use a cleaning and oiling, not bad for sitting outside since 1986 until I took them off the project V I got from Reel a couple years ago. If you need them I'll give them to you, just pm me your number and I can call you about shipping, probably wont be much they don't weigh much, would fit in a cardboard tube.

Got a bunch of other Wellcraft factory teak as well if someone needs it, no charge, just shipping.

I'm glad Bradford found his. I looked today and couldn't find mine. I'm convinced I have them and if something happens so his don't work out, I'll tear the place apart. If that doesn't work and someone has good dimensions, I'll make you a set out of Ipe or some other teak-like wood. Also, there's another guy in my area who took his off that I can check with.
