I'm with you guys - didn't have a dog in the fight but it turned out to be a wild game. I too was afraid Lady G was going to do some big anti Trump or anti America rant - she put on a good show and it was impressive when she took the big leap off the structure (I wonder how far down that was).

Yes, The Pats are the dominant team in the NFL for the last decade. No, it was not the best superbowl ever... The Patriots (18–0) entered the Super Bowl undefeated and were 12 point favorites going into game weekend. The Giants defeated the Patriots 17–14 in Super Bowl XLII

I judge the quality of the super bowl on it's entertainment value. It's supposed to entertain me, not try and stuff someone's political values down my throat. There are times, like last year, where the half time show was a total put down . I went and got a beer and a sam'mich while waiting for it to get over. Zero entertainment value when it's interspersed with someone's political beliefs (conservative or liberal) as far as I'm concerned.
This years game was a good game, not the blow out that it seemed to be heading for, so I give it high marks for drama. And as I previously stated, I thought the half time show was phenomenal. I'd forgotten how many hit songs of Lady Gaga's that I knew. She was entertaining, which is what she was supposed to be, and the innovation and high energy of her show was stunning. So she also gets high marks in my book. Probably not the very best Super Bowl of all times. (There have been several really good ones and several stinkers) But overall, I'd rank it in the top 5, and probably even in the top 3. But that's my impression and my opinion and I realize others may think (and are rightfully allowed to think) differently.

I thought it was a good game. Naturally I'm a Pats fan.
If the Falcons can keep that team together they are going to be a great team in the future. Falcons offense is scary fast.

good game. not a surprise as we've all seen brady score 3 or more TDs in a quarter. I have no idea what lady gaga does for a living but man, she is hotter than sh!t!!!!! the commercials sucked. 1 or 2 good ones. that's about it. I would like to see some different teams in the big dance.
