It's pretty much a tube frame with two cushions. One cushion for the seat and one for the backrest. Nothing really fancy about it.
Just my opinion but I would buy two deck chairs to place in each corner instead of the bench seat. We used the bench one season and then left it stored in the basement. We would set up a few deck chairs that could be moved around. If you fish it will be in the way. If you snorkel or swim you will have to climb over it to get back into the cockpit.

My buddy that still owns my old V 20 likes the bench because his dogs can ride up on the bench and see what's going on.
