Alpha one drives? You'll need to swap everything...motor, transom plate and drive. Yes, you can swap some of the components to make it work, but youre better off swapping it all. Take the time to rebuild the transom plate while you have it on a bench. Bellows, water tube, shift cable etc..

I have alpha 1 out drive now i kind now i need to replace boots & gaskets but you dont think the 350 mounts like the 305 i have in boat now ?

front motor mounts should be in the same location, or close enough. Rear mounts differ between the older engine/transom plate and the newer engine/transom plate. The exhaust y pipe stays with the transom plate. Keep everything together as a package
