I can't stand it when you know they are good guys, would probably help ya out in a pinch without question but have to be smarta** douches in front of their boys. I can't wait to blow buy some of these guys out here that I know daddy forked over the money for their rigs and not even wink an eye at them. That'll make them hotter that hell.

Trout, that's a great story. You should write for Boat US or some similar mag. No, seriously, you have the gift. I was there, in that cockpit with you the entire time. Your descriptions were spot on and you have that unique gift of being able to tell a story in such a way as to evoke clear mental image of the story you are telling. I don't know if you know it or not, but you *are* "That guy".

we call those guys dock punks. Most of them drive Daddys F250 diesel 4x4, hve the yeti sticker, several offshore boat stickers theyve never been on. Walk around in rainbow flip flops, cargo shorts and Guy Harvey shorts. A palmetto moon visor and costa's that are too smale for their fat head top it all off. Most of them have learned to leave me alone, I'm almost as scary looking as Charlie

Yeti trucker hat, with either huge white framed costas or black framed oakleys, 2016 tundra with about 20 grand worth of lift and wheels/tires, long sleeved yellow fishing shirt with the little bandana thingy that says salt life on it, usually pulling a matching yellow key west with the pulpit molded into the cap making the model number two feet longer than it really is.
