I run them to the recommended inflation psig as found on the side of the tire. (usually in the 45-55 psig range).

LR-C= 50psi, LR-D=65psi, LR-E=80psi. I do not recommend the use of P series tires on any trailer as they are only 2 ply in the side walls. ST & LT series tires are 4 ply side walls. Check the date codes on the side wall of each tire, if they are 6-8 years old or more get rid of them. Google tire date codes for the info on decoding the date code. 3500 lb. trailer should be running at least a load range C. 5000-7000 lb. trailer should be running at least load range D, 7000 - 10,000 lb. trailer should be on at least load range E.

I used eastern Marine for all my trailer parts.. one stop shop! I rebuilt my trailer from ground up,.. hubs, springs, tires rims all new lights etc.. they were quick to ship..... or ebay has a pair for $155 galv.. rims and tires
