Thanks, I've either had fish or fish for lunch and dinner every day since Monday. Mostly snapper and trigger seared in cast iron pan but did fry some one night. Haven't touched the mahi yet. I usually fry it up in nuggets. Hard to beat. Zatarans or McCormicks Fish Fry has a little cornmeal in it and awesome flavor. If you ever go there you will forget about House Autry.

With me the white flaky fish gets the McCormicks fish fry and the mahi gets the grill.
Nothing says summer like a grilled mahi sammich and a beer.
