I used glidden porch and floor tinted seafoam green on my 19 ft skiff. Used maybe a fifth of the gallon. If it starts to look like it needs a touch up it takes less than an hour to do the whole thing drinking beer. Costs like 20 bucks.

36 grit disc in the grinder, all it did was heat it up and smear it. I had better luck with a heat gun and a scraper, but it still was a PITA, works real good as a noslip though

| Used kiwi grip on mine...bought a gallon for like 100 bucks. Used a light gray color. Cleans up very well. I kill alot of fish in my boat and im very hard on my floor because of the different types of fishing we do and im very impressed. Just scuff the floor degrease wipe down with acetone and roll it out...that simple |

Thing about Durabak is it is rubbery. There is no sanding it off! It is an excellent nonskid and easy on the feet. It also makes the deck feel more solid and 4 oz sinkers bounce. It has never peeled or chipped. However, mine (light grey) developed a "patina" of dark patches that cannot be scrubbed off. I think to recoat it I would have to wipe the whole thing with Xylene and hope the new coat sticks.

Paul, will it the u Pol clean up well with out having to use a power washer? I'm looking for a product for my son in laws boat. I remember the pics of your boat and how pleased you were with the product so I have been leaning towards it. We keep our boats in the water all summer and fall . Needing a power washer to clean the deck would be a deal breaker for us.
