I sprayed my 98 evinrude white. I do auto body and we had a formula in the computer listed under that name and it was a good match. We use BASF paints there.
Edit: I missed where you said PPG.

I got this from Google
Evinrude White spray paint #777171 -- PPG Code - 90538 I understand that the PPG numbers are for their industrial paints division and not from automotive paints.

Awlgrip oyster white is just about a dead match for a white ETEC.
