Default Hull

This are older Wellcraft hulls and seem to be heavier then today's fiberglass hulls . Keep that in mind as well

150 seems the solid bet overall......

Only the freaks and wacko's need bigger outboards than that.......

Some guys don't stop at 200 hp.......they get the bigger block 200 HO edition.
And, I'll bet if the V21 didn't have 200 max hp rating, some would go 225 - 300.

I got an 87 v20 with a 2006 115 Mercury, I just got back from using it for the first time since I got it and I was running at 31mph at 4500 rpms. I had 4 adults and 2 small kids. I was really impressed with it I must say.
