Thanks for your help. I think I pieced it together from several comments.
This was on my 1987 F20 WARNING LEAKING FUEL IS A FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD. INSPECT SYSTEM REGULARLY. EXAMINE FUEL TANKS FOR LEAKS OR CORROSION AT LEAST ANNUALLY By the way, I bought a flag for my boat. Looking forward to trying it out.
