I keep almost everything ( spare parts, first aid kit, flare kit, ect) in a milk crate down in the bottom of the cabin. Anchor, extra bilge pump, rope, spare prop and other stuff under the three hatches in the main floor.

'78 I/O here... like most I try to organize everything in the cuddy. Looks good at start of trip, end of trip not so much lolol.

Really like the extra hatch on Phats boat, perfect place for forward batteries.

Clear ( see through ) storage containers with snap down flanged lids.

All safety flares, and first aid in one container.

Other stuff in other containers. With the snap down lids and closure end handles, the stuff inside stays dry, and you don't have loose crap around in the cuddy.

Same here. Start the trip looking organized then the blues come in and all he'll breaks loose. Going for the cooler, tackle, knife, gaff then just throw it all in. What a mess when I get back to dock, but at least I tried. Lol
