craigs list and local fishing forums, I find better deals on craigslist, but better boats on the fishing forums. The best deals are found in the back yards of boat shops, boats that have been left for charges due, or ones that the owner couldn't afford to fix. Stay away from teh sales guys, go directly to the service manager. Lots of times they will put you in touch with the owner, usually all the service department wants is the bill paid and the boat out of their yard. If the boat was worth trying to make a profit on it would have already been put out front with the sales boats.
