Yard art still needs a home. As much as I'd hate to do it, I've thought about stripping her and taking her to the landfill with another couple old hulls piled on top. She's a bit of a project, but no worse than others I've seen taken on and not bad original, un-messed with condition for a girl who's 34 years old.

Need the room and trying to get out of being the Sanford and Son of old V hulls around here.

Once again the good deals are too far from me to be able to get them quickly. It would be a three day trip to run over there, pick it up, and return to Dallas. It pains me to think about that hull going to a landfill.

What can we do?

Had a couple guys look at her, both had to ask their wife first.

So she's still available needless to say.

Lucky Jack - .......The Surprise is not old; no one would call her old. She has a bluff bow, lovely lines. She's a fine seaboat: weatherly, stiff and fast, very fast, if she's well handled. No, she's not old; she's in her prime.

If she was in worse shape and we could do it without getting caught.

I've got a few others in the pipeline that would make better candidates for a near shore drop.

With your video editing skills we could make a video for the newbies about bad stuff to look for in a boat, fuel tank removal, transom removal, dealing with yahoos from craigslist etc.

Reel told me once I have a voice for radio, or maybe it was a face for radio, oh well he's a movie star now you know. Maybe he could come down and star in it.
