Nope you are set up very well... These boats will run with 90hp and up so the 140 will push her really well..... 175+ = rocketship

A 140 hp outboard on V20 will run great ...........lot's of them set up with that power range.
Even a couple of guys running triple 9.5 hp outboards on their V's for fishing offshore. Ok, ok, of course I'm kidding.

The dt140 is pretty peppy and plenty of power to puush a v20. You'll be fine powerwise, and it's a pretty light engine which helps to.

I'd say 140 of Suzuki HP is just about perfect.
