Next was to skim it in thin glass for "waterproofedness" as well as durability.
   Then I flipped it back over to work on the rub rails and typing it all together. Prior to this is was feeling pretty stout (and still extremely light) but this REALLY stiffened things up.  I had one small section of glass give from the rub rail pressure and clamping but Ill grind it out and fix it. I heard it cracking but kept pulling because I wanted straight.  As of yesterday, one side done the other setting:  Hopefully Ill get a little more time this week. More to come.
