 You got more balls than me. I would not have tried gaffing that sucker with a 2 man crew on a 20 footer.   I plan on some shark trips this summer but I'll be releasing. Where were you? Threshers have been in fairly close. My brother got 2 in the Mud Hole last week.

Someone told me you lost a fish that was MUCH bigger than that the same day.
I heard it was 25' long and looked something like a cross between a Great White and a Thresher. I heard it was estimated at 2,000lbs or more. Don't tell us the story...........it's too scary !! You're hard core all right.
