Have you tried resizing it in Photoshop(Image,Resize) then clean it up.? I just made one that 12"x12" 600pix/in but its 4.9M and I can't post it here. Not perfect but much better. I you spend some time using bucket fill & square brush and you can get very clean lines.
Can't attach a file, it keeps making it smaller The other way to go is to Draw it with various software. The W is just slanted rectangles and lines with solid color and no shading at all.
