The GPS and fishfinder each draw less than 1 amp. The VHF will only draw 3 or 4 amps when the mic is keyed, but otherwise less than an amp. The washdown pump is your killer as they can draw upwards of 15 amps depending on the size of them. I would go with at least 10 gauge myself. And don't forget to run a ground as the ground wire carries the load as well, and is often overlooked. A good ground is more important than a good feed wire IMO.
