I use 24's. Completely agree with Spare on the Deka batteries. 1000 MCA of brute force is hard to argue with. I got mine from BJ's wholesale club (Like Costco or Sam's Club) They had the best prices around here. Both my v's have them and I've not had any problems, ever, with them. My only exception is on my 12' rowboat that I have an electric trolling motor on. I use an Optima Bluetop deep cycle battery for that one.

Thanks for your preferences. I decided to go with 2 AGM 24 size from Cabelas. Today is the last day of their sale.
