I moved my batteries to my cuddy this past summer. Next chance I get I will get some pics. You're gonna need some heavy wire. At least 2ga to go directly to the motor.

I went outside and took some pics.
  Luckily the boat is shrink wrapped and I can still get in. The wiring is a little messy because it was all moved around when I moved the batteries. And I wanted to get out to Tice's.   Hope this helps.

Pete, that's a nice rig. I especially like how you got the batteries up off the floor with the wood base. I think I'm gonna steal that design when I do mine.
