Hey CTT I smoked for 40 years have not had one now for 8 months
I don't know what e cig you bought but that's what I did also I started out at 11 mg nicotine and then bought 0 nicotine And mixed them for 5 mg then to the straight 0 Here they have a juice called pure it is close to a Winston light hang in there it gets better each day.

Good job a Very hard thing to do and go through. Might have to pick up a hobby and get a Wellcraft or two that should keep the mind and hands busy.
Am I the only one under 200Lbs on this site  u boys could make a football team.
