I was thinking the same thing MJ. usually there's something in Repairs or Off Topic or something, somewhere... but it's been quiet. Probably because of Summer winding down, and boats being put to sleep for the winter etc. But there's a hella lotta fishing still to be had... Fall run of Stripers, Blues, etc... (although the Nor'easter we have right now is keeping most ppl on the North East Coast high and dry for the moment). But, as the good book says... that too shall pass. Waiting with baited (I just ate some Sardines) breath for the "t"- shirts like everyone else...
Working on several of my small outboard engines getting them put to sleep for the winter... Nothing earth shaking.

I'm just kinda depressed summer is over. This has been a miserable week as far as weather goes here, a minor N'oreaster has set up a home just offshore, windy and rainy all week. I did finish painting the hull on my sons '73 V last week. I need to dig up that old thread and snap a couple pictures for an update.....its a VERY different look! In the meantime here is a nice, warm summer shot just for GP :

I hear you guys when you say summer is over!! I hate it! But I did a whole lot of nothing this year so I am way out of things now.
I told my wife I am just old now, she said no your not! I said first I hit the 50's then became disabled, then moved into a 55+ park, called grandpa , and now I have a electric blanket that i would rather sleep with then her!! LOL
Yeo I am getting OLD!
