Drag they were getting some smaller Blues, but they had fun! I have got some of them huge ones years ago and they are great!!
I love to eat them!! You need to gut and ice before you put the rod back in the water, thats the secret! I take home only what i am going to eat as they freeze like crap! I love them on sandwiches!

Oh man the little snapper Blues fry up great! I catch those in the summer when I troll for Spanish Mack. Its been a few years since we've seen the big blues down here. We had a run of them a few years ago during Rock season

big Chopper Blue....filleted and all bloodline removed......soaked in milk with salt.......then put in a pan with Italian dressing vadialia onions and red new potatoes!!!!!! shoooo son!!! good enough for this ole country boy. Not my first choice by any means but still makes a hell of a meal.
