This one was built to do 130, AND still be able to cut grass(not at speed though). It was built by HONDA for the BBC show TOP GEAR at there request.

Umm where is the roll cage, safety harness and it isn't big enough to hold all the Warning Labels. I think I saw another video that claimed it has electric motors to drive the blades at 4,000 rpm. It would cut grass at some speed I think.
